Application

The HSD series is designed as a high-speed double crankshaft press, suitable for motor laminations and rotor stamping. The press frame, slide, and bed structure are made of high-quality cast iron material. Reinforcement rods and nuts are used to apply preload to ensure excellent frame rigidity during high-precision progressive die stamping.

• To significantly reduce press vibration, the mechanism inside the machine body is perfectly balanced, ensuring the longevity and precision of the press and dies during long-term use.
• A hydraulic die clamping and releasing device can quickly and effectively remove the clamped die, improving press uptime.
• A precision alloy steel crankshaft is supported by bearings at four points, connecting two sets of wide center distance connecting rods. This design is suitable for stamping larger-sized molds and can withstand larger eccentric loads.
• Well-designed guide pillars eliminate changes in guide clearance caused by different thermal deformations of the slide and bed, enhancing resistance to forward and backward loads generated by crankshaft rotation.
• The eight-sided anti-friction, high-hardness bearing steel guide plate of the machine body, together with roller bearings in the slide guide, ensures smooth and accurate high-speed reciprocating motion of the slide.
• A hydraulic slide adjustment and locking device provides high-precision dead point stability during high-speed stamping, ensuring long die life and product accuracy.
• A high-precision, high-speed gear-type feed mechanism offers various combinations of feed lengths.
• The high rigidity and strength of the fully stress-relieved cast body are suitable for long-term, high-speed, heavy-duty precision stamping operations.
